I have just come across a fantastic Italian website about perfume. It is written in English as well so don’t worry if your Italian is not up to scratch! It is very thorough with many sections on the healing and psychological effects of different perfumes. Here we can read about perfume therapy, aromatherapy, pheromones, plus they have an alphabetical index of aromas. All their scents are handmade and natural and the site itself is aesthetically very pleasing. The site is called ‘The Way of Perfume’
Not only can you learn everything there is to know about perfumes and olfactory science but you can also buy their products. Take a look, it’s very enjoyable. And keep checking back here as there is another, equally marvellous, perfume site which I will be writing about.
